Why we're building this.

We kept seeing small businesses run important work through personal texts and group chats because the bigger tools felt too heavy, too expensive, or too much for the way they actually work.

That setup works for a while, but eventually reminders get buried, meeting details disappear, and owners end up carrying too much of the business in their own phones.

We are building Otom to give small teams a simpler home for day-to-day work: clear updates, reminders, meetings, notes, and team information without the mess of running a company inside chat threads.
